Calm Sea

Our Story

Waves Health Collective Co-Founders, Adrienne and Dr. Karly, both grew up in South Delta and as a result have always been drawn to the ocean. When collaborating to create a clinic that helps people to make significant and meaningful changes in their lives, we especially loved the imagery of waves.

We believe that many things in life come in waves, including your physical and mental health.

Waves themselves are ever changing, sometimes they are a gentle ripple, and at other times a crashing force. Waves have the power to create change and carve out new possibilities.

Whether your goal is working on preventative care or weathering a storm of choppy seas, we are here to support you to start making waves in your health journey!
