FAQs
1
Do you accept Direct Billing?
Dr. Karly is able to direct bill to most insurance plans. This is dependent on your specific plan; please contact your plan to inquire further if they allow for direct billing from practitioners.

Adrienne Johnson is not able to direct bill to insurance plans.
2
Is your office accessible?
Partially - Our building has automatic front doors and an elevator. Unfortunately, the main directory sign does not have braille. Please email the clinic if you require sighted-guide from the downstairs lobby to our unit (info@wavescollective.ca). The bathrooms in the building have accessible stalls for mobility aids.
3
Where should I park?
There is ample free parking along 18 Ave or in the underground parking lot in the building. Follow the signs to "The Offices" and find a Visitor parking stall. There are a few stalls at street level outside the building; please be mindful of the time restriction of certain stalls and the length of your appointment time.
4
Where are the bathrooms?
Bathrooms can be found on the first and second floor of the building. Please ensure you use the bathroom prior to your visit, as the bathrooms are not inside our unit and this may otherwise take away from your appointment time.
5
How can I refill supplements?
Supplement and prescription refills should be done in a follow up visit. This is for your safety to ensure the supplement or medication that has been prescribed is still indicated. Prescription refills for medication outside of a follow up visit will require a brief phone consultation, which is bookable online. Please contact Dr. Karly directly if you have any questions regarding continuation of your treatment plan (info@drkarlymcmaster.com).
